Brittney has more than fifteen years of professional experience as an Industrial Engineer and over nine years of experience as a Beautypreneur, coining herself as Thee Beauty Engineer.Her professional career began at United Parcel Services in 2008 as a supervisor, where she was responsible for the quality controls and load plans for nine operations. She went on to become the Supplier Development and Diversity Manager for Southwire Company where she increased spend with diverse suppliers by $35M in three years.
Her final corporate role was at Delta Airlines in Revenue Management Development, where she was responsible for supporting the availability proxies hosted at Google and other industry leaders who power search engines such as Kayak and Expedia, managing relationships with joint venture partners Air France and KLM, and acting as a liaison to IT and commercial teams to facilitate online inventory initiatives.
One of Brittney’s biggest accomplishments at Delta was being selected as one of the #GenSkyMiles Thought Leaders! She conceptualized an idea to add an interactive map to the Fly Delta App that would provide turn-by-turn directions to key touch points within the travel experience. This idea was later launched implemented and introduced to the public in early 2017. When Brittney parted ways with Delta due to the pandemic in 2020, she went on to expand her Beauty Business from a then side hustle into a full-scale, six-figure generating salon suite business.
She is now the owner and operator of Glamtiques by Glamore, where she offers high-end Aesthetic services, including tattoo removal and scar removal. Brittney also provides business coaching and offers grants writing services.
She’s the total package as a Beautypreneur! When she’s not operating her businesses, she enjoys traveling the world and spending quality time with her four children and her father.
